What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback (aka: "biofeedback" or “brain training”) is a non-talk-based approach that helps regulate how your brain functions.
It’s often used to address things like anxiety, focus issues, sleep problems, and more.
While it sounds technical, the process is simple — and many people experience significant improvement over time.

Do you accept health insurance?
No — we operate outside of insurance networks.
This allows us to keep things simple, private, and focused on your actual needs — not insurance requirements.
Licensed counselors can provide receipts if you’d like to pursue reimbursement through your plan.
One thing to be aware of: insurance often requires a formal diagnosis, which becomes part of your medical record and can have long-term implications depending on your situation.
Many of our clients prefer to avoid that and keep things straightforward.
